The Administrator (J. R. Moore) of the Estate of Arthur Kinnett, dec'd , filed the following petition:
To the Hon Judge of the Probate Court, within and for the County of Brown and State of Ohio. Your Petition, administration of the estate ofArthur Kinnett, deceased, respectfully represents, that there are existing, valid debts against the estate of said decedent, amounting to about two hundred and seventy five dollars; that the costs of administration will account to about one hundred dollars and that said decedentleft no personal estate or effects to pay the debts and costs aforesaid. Your petition further represents that said Arthur Kinnett died seized of fee simple and the undivided four ninth (4/9) parts of the following described real estate, situated in the County of Brown, State of Ohio, on the waters of Straight Creek, being part of an entry of 3333 acres made in the name of Josiah Parker, No. 2787, bounded & described as follows: Beginning at a planted stone on the South side of the road leading to
James Gilliland's mill, and in the line of Lucy Jolly's land; thence North 80 poles to a planted stone on Edward Evan's line; thence East 100 poles to a planted stone on the bank of a small branch; thence South 80 poles to a planted stone on the line of James Morrow, Sr's land;thence West 100 poles to the beginning, containing fifty acres more or less. The said Arthur Kinnett died leaving Levina Kinnett, his widow, of the County of Champagne and State of Illinois, who is entitled to dower and said premises and the follow named person, his heirs at law, having the next estate of inheritance in the premises:
