Ramona was born in Yakima, to Carl and Agnes Perkins Webley on December 21, 1930. Her five younger brothers were a deep joy to her life from their birth and all through her life. When in her 30s she moved to California where she met and married Herbert Condon. Ramona spent many years of her life in Coulee Dam and Almira, and had many friends there.
She leaves her loving husband Herb, four children: Cleve Zigan, Steve Zigan (wife Maria), Herbert Condon Jr. and Linda Condon Deal (husband Dane); 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous, nieces and nephews. She had a great love for family and friends and will be missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Carl and Grant Webley.
A closed casket visitation will be held from 9 am to 8 pm on Friday, July 29, at Riplinger Funeral Home, 4305 North Division, Spokane. Services will be at 11 a.m., on Saturday, July 30, 2011, at the Mountain Baptist Church, 106 Miller Lane, Noxon, Mont.
Interment will be at the Noxon Cemetery near her parents and brothers.
