Noxon--Mrs. Maret Sveet Stover, 83, of Noxon, died Thursday evening at her home.
Mrs. Stover was born July 8, 1875, in Aalen, Norway (Ålen formerly Aalen is a former municipality in the old Sør-Trøndelag County, Norway ) and was married there to Ole Stovre, Dec. 26, 1893. They came to the United States in 1907 and homesteaded at Bone Traill, Williams County N. D. They moved to Noxon in 1937.
She is survived by four sons, Erling, Ollie and Pervis of Noxon, and Arnold of Bone Traill; six daughters, Mrs. Christine Preston of Oakland, Calif., Mrs. Marie Iwen of Wolf Point, Mrs. Olga Amos of Portland, Mrs. Margaret Ayers of Seattle, Mrs. Lillian Lovinger of Noxon, and Mrs. Thelma Gellaty of Everett, Wash.; 26 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Andrew Sveet of Bone Traill.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Kingdom Hall at Noxon. Burial will be in Noxon Cemetery. -- This is Mary's brother.--Andreas E. Sveet
