Delia Annabelle Ottesen, 80, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away on November 23, 2011.

She was born on February 15, 1931, to William and Mary (Petersen) Armstrong in Shelby, Iowa. Delia worked at Frank's Fruit House. She married Joseph E. Ottesen on August 14, 1948.

She was preceded in death by husband, Joseph E. Ottesen; sons, Donnie, John, Joey Ottesen; parents, William H. and Mary E. Armstrong; and two great grandchildren.

Delia is survived by sons, Charles (Sheri) Ottesen, Clifford (Susan) Ottesen; daughters, Connie (Wayne) Wold, Linda (Steve) Wood, Penny Ottesen, all of Council Bluffs; sisters, Rosie Bell, Dixie Emmons, Alice (Robert) Terrill; brothers, Bill Armstrong and Jerry Armstrong.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, November 28, 2011, at 3 p.m., at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home and Crematory, Rev. E.A Hering officiating. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Burial of cremains will take place in the Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. A luncheon will be held in the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room following the service. Memorials are suggested to the family.
