Funeral Services for George M. Von Ruden, age 91, who passed away on Thursday, April 6, in St. Paul, were held in St. Louis Catholic church on Saturday, April 8.

He was a Havana township farmer until his retirement in 1937. Since then he had made his home in St. Paul.

Besides his wife mary, he is survived by one daughter Margaret of St. Paul and one son George of Havana township; twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Amos Lehman, and a brother, Henry, of Claremont.

Interment was in Resurrection cemetery, St. Paul, with five grandsons acting as pallbearers. A sixth grandson, Sgt. James Von Ruden, was unable to attend as he is serving in the U.S. Armed Services stationed in Korea.
