US Marine Private First Class Gary Joseph Bell was a casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, PFC Bell served our country until March 4th, 1968 in Quang Tri, South Vietnam. He was 19 years old and was married. Gary died from artillery fire. His body was recovered. Gary was born on January 26th, 1949 in Gastonia, North Carolina. PFC Bell is on panel 42E, line 061 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for less than a year.
