She was a long-time retired educator in Mingo County, WV and Swain County, NC. Preceded in death by: Husband, Ivan Napier; Son, Richard Napier; Parents, Richard & Geneva Clark of WV; Sister, Lillis Whitt; Brother, Ray Edgar Clark. Survivors include: Daughter-in-law, Rebecca Napier Frazier of Williamson, WV; Daughter, Iva Mae McCracken & husband Jeff of Social Circle, GA; Son, Tim Napier & wife Kathy of Townsend; Daughter, Karen Napier Vananda & husband Phillip of Townsend; Son, Ivan Todd Napier & wife Eva of Townsend; Daughter, Geneva Napier Yost & husband John of Martinsburg, WV; 12 Grandchildren; 23 Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Geraldine Corbin of Sommersville, WV.
