Roberta was a quite and brave woman. She was very independant and strong. She was always optomistic and went throught some life challenges and health problems, one of them heart problems, with no complaints. She had two sons, Harold Dean Duncan and James Wallace Duncan .
She was a widow for 23 years, never remarried. She lived on her own in Cottonwood, California up until her last few years when she was placed in an assisted living home in Oakley, California. Some of her interests were gardening and compiling family photos.
Roberta married her husband, Robert Allen Duncan on 27 April 1934. They had two sons:
