Mary Bolen Dies Tuesday
Aged Countian
Passes After Year's Illness

Mrs Mary J Bolen, age 82, died Tuesday at 7am in the Casto Rest Home in Wellston, Ohio. Mrs Bolen had been ill for almost a year.

Born in Jackson county in 1871, she passed her entire life here and was a member of the E U B church. Her husband, Ezekial Bolen preceded her in death in 1947.

She is survived by four children: Mrs John McKitterick and Ellsworth Bolen of Jackson route 3; Mrs Herb Bragg of Springfield and Herb Bolen of Jackson. Also surviving are three sisters: Mrs Elizabeth Bartlett of Jackson route 3, Anna Welch of Alliance, Ohio and Mrs Everett Harris of Dayton.

The body will be left at the Mayhew Funeral home where services will be conducted Friday at 10am by the Rev. Roland Fisher. Burial will be in the Fairmouth cemetery under the direction of Mayhew Funeral Directors.
