Alma Bryan Callaway, 92, of McGehee, died October 21, 1997, at McGehee-Desha
County Hospital.
She was born at the Lone Prairie community on July 21, 1905, a daughter of
the late William H. Biggs and Lula Talley Biggs.
She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church at
McGehee. She was a former member of the Desha County Fair Association.
Survivors include a sister, Hazel Branch of North Little Rock.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. today in Tillar Cemetery at
Tiller with Buddy Ratliff officiating. Arrangements are handled by Griffin
Funeral Service of McGehee.
