Ohley Bucklew, 74, died Sunday, May 17, 1953, at his home near Gladesville. Born Sept. 27, 1879, he was a son of the late John and Samantha Gwyn Bucklew.

At the time of his death, he was survived by his widow, Mrs. Anna Bucklew; four sons, Noble of McKeesport, Pa, Harlen of Reedville, Dalton of Independence, and George in Japan; 11 daughters, Mrs. Helen Rohr, Mrs. Marie Chidester, Mrs. Mauceline Lyons, and Mrs. Thelma McMellon, all of Reedsville, Miss Hallie Bucklew of Arthurdale, Mrs. Anna Trickett of Uffingtown, Mrs. Louella Germen of Gambrills, MD, Mrs. Foster Bucklew of Independence, Edith Phillips of Desert, UT, Mrs. Grace Baylor of Newburg, and Mrs. Dolly Turner of Kingwood; two brothers, J. Mason and Clayton B., both of Morgantown; a sister, Mrs. Jessie Eaden of Mt. Arley, MD; and 31 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
