Obituary: Gertha Jordan, 78, died Thursday at St. Matthews Manor Nursing Home.
She was a native of Grayson County and a Baptist.
Survivors: her husband, Garland Jordan; a daughter, Carole J. Dunn; a brother, Alvy Oller of Olaton; four sisters, Garnie McBrayer of Kingsport, Tenn., Clemie Burden of Jeffersonville, Ind., Barbara Happel of Valley Station and Gillis Ragland; and two grandchildren.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, Arch L. Heady Hikes Point Funeral Home, 4109 Taylorsville Road. Entombment: Resthaven Mausoleum. Visitation: 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and after 11 a.m. Monday.
