Alvino Sanchez, age 26, of Des Moines, WA passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way. Alvino Sanchez our much-loved son, was born March 6, 1984 in Toppenish, WA. He attended Sunnyside High School, and then started his life's journey in Seattle at University of Washington. He was a member of Theta Delta Chi Fraternity. He then graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle where he obtained his audio engineering degree. He also acquired the MECP Advance Certification. He applied his great skills as a Mobile Electronics Installer Specialist at Best Buy in Northgate and Car Toys in downtown Seattle, WA. His passion was installing equipment in vehicles, creating, and listening to music for artists in the Seattle area. He enjoyed the company of family and close friends and was always ready to eat. His family, friends and his pet dog Nora will miss his calming demeanor and gentlemen like presence. He was our pillar of strength that would make wrongs into right. He is survived by his father and mother Ofimio Jr. and Eliticia; his brother Alvaro; and sister Alisa. Also his grandmother Victoria Carranza and Abuelo's Ofimio & M. Antonia Sanchez. Everyone is welcomed to celebrate his life's journey . . . . Viewing and visitation will be held Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 P.M. at the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, WA. Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, May 3, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sunnyside, WA with burial to follow at Zillah Cemetery, Zillah, WA.
