Lorna Kern Bertram was the loving wife of the Rev. Dr. Oswald H. Bertram. She was the daughter of the Rev. Henry Lawrence Christian Kern and his wife, Mary Wunsch. They were the parents of Lorna Lee Bertram and the grandparents of Holly Marie Moulton and Todd Jeffrey Moulton. Lorna was killed in a traffic accident at Harvest and Laskey Road on a cold January day. She and her husband were returning from hospital calls on parishioners.
