Was born to parents, James Monroe Thedford and Mattie Buchanan Thedford March 3, 1918 in Seagoville, TX and passed away December 20, 2007 in Dallas, TX. She graduated from Seagoville High School where she excelled in basketball; she also was a life long member of First Baptist Church of Seagoville, sang in the choir and worked in childrens ministry.
Survived by sons; Ronald H. Morris & wife Sarah and Robert L. Morris & wife Kathleen; grand-daughters, Stephanie Burr & husband Bill & Noelle Morris; grandson, Aaron Morris & wife Kara; great-grand-children, Abigail Burr, Ronnie Burr, Sarah Burr, Walker Morris & Sophie June Morris; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Preceded in death by husband Leroy C. Morris, grandsons, Ron Morris, Jr. & Adam Morris; sisters, Lorena Kelly, Ruby Knight, & Callie Burt; brother, Hugh Thedford.
Services 2:30 PM Saturday, December 22, 2007 at First Baptist Church of Seagoville.
