She was a Randolph County native, widow of Walter Thomas Coltrane and retired from Wesley Long Hospital.
Survivors include daughters, Nina Coltrane, Myra Lynn Hargett and Cynthia Cox; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three half sisters; three half brothers.
