Anna P. SCHMIDT, 73, a resident of Garvey Manor, Hollidaysburg, formerly
of HCR 61, Mill Creek, died at 2:07 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2003, at
Altoona Hospital, Altoona. Born June 29. 1929, in Todd Township, she was
a daughter of the late Allison F. and Clara Belle (Stains) Reihart. She
was first married to Richard G. Saylor. She later married Herbert R.
Schmidt Nov. 1, 1975, in Pittsburgh. Mr. Schmidt preceded her in death
March 7, 1991. She is survived by four children: Evelyn Robison and
Allen Saylor, both of Columbus, Ohio; Carolyn McMillion, Pittsburgh; and
Annette Isenberg, Altoona. There are 11 grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren. Three brothers and four sisters are deceased. Mrs.
Schmidt was a member of the Allensville Lutheran Church, Allensville.
She formerly served as church secretary at her church in Pittsburgh. She
was a homemaker. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Jan.
7. at the Robert I. McClain Funeral Home, Cassville, with the Rev. Anna
Ritter officiating. Interment will be made in Beavertown Cemetery, Todd,
