Alfonso was survived by wife Evila Trujillo; children: Maida Trujillo and Roy (wife: Sandra) of Cordova; grandchildren: Sonia, Kristy, Anita, and Matthew of Cordova; siblings: Frutosa (husband: Zebedio Martinez) of Española and Phillip of Cordova; sisters-in-law: Ercilia (husband: Sergio Santos) of San Francisco, California and Judy (husband: Jim Kallas) of Sparks, Nevada; brother-in-law Alferio Lopez (wife: Tony) of Rio Chiquito.
Pallbearers were Richard Martinez, Eric Martinez, Arnie Martinez, Jeff Sargent, Chris Sargent, and Lonnie Trujillo. Honorary pallbearers were Eugene Trujillo and Matthew Trujillo. On 27 Nov 2006, Alfonso Trujillo was buried in the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
