Clifford Franklin Kelley, 73, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born April 1, 1929, in Salt Lake City. A resident for 41 years, he was a painter, employed for 20 years by Las Vegas Paint and Drywall.
He is survived by his wife, Rheta; two sons, Lynn Kelley and Robert Kelley, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, SueAnn Warden of Bay City, Mich., and Kristine Irvine of Las Vegas; one brother, Andrew Kelley of Salt Lake City; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
