Briefly owned a newspaper in Frankfort Ky in the early 20's. Married to Mary Marshall [Armstrong]and raised a daughter on Capitol Hill [N.E.] Marion Francis b 1900

William J. 1880 - 1963 [Oregon] Leonard and Emma are found in Seattle directory's until Leonard's death in 1915. Emma moved in with her youngest son's family in Oakland, Calif., where he worked at a utility company. Will work in future to locate cemetery marker of Emily [Emma]Frances Barton Armstrong. She died on March 12, 1930 in Oakland [Alameda Co.]
***found her in 1920 census with both of her younger sons, Will & Family & Roy.
William's wife Alma [Pugh] d in 1954 ,but can't locate a findagrave match. Will's body was taken back to Oakland according to brief Oregon mentioning.
Looks as though Arthur's Aunt ''Pink'' [Annie] Annabell B. Barton Estes [1859] - Feb 10, 1947 also in Alameda Co. Calif., His mother's obituary notes, ''daughter of Julius V. Barton and Mary Randall well known by the Butler [Ky.] old timers''.
