Mr. Cecil Barlow, 96, passed away at home in Keithville, LA on Friday, October 6, 2012, after a brief illness. Graveside services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 8, at Forest Park East Cemetery with Rev. Mike Stowell of First Baptist Church officiating. Mr. Barlow was a native of Vivian, LA and resident of Keithville, LA where he was a member and Deacon of First Baptist Church. He enjoyed farming at the Triple B and was a member of Greenwood and Fair Park Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents, John. T. and Rosa Ivins Barlow; his brother, John T. Barlow and Jean; brother-in-law, John W. Scott and Agnes; and sister-in-law, Mildred Thomas and Stayton. Mr. Barlow is survived by his daughter, Sarah Virginia Barlow; nieces, Marylyn Wade and family; Jean Enslow and family; Kelly Green and family; and nephew, Michael Barlow.
