WARREN - Infant boy Dakota James Eutsey, two days, died Friday July 4, 2008, in the neonatal unit at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center.
He was born at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital July 2, 2008, the son of Linda Eutsey of Warren.
He is survived by his mother; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Bickel of Champion; grandfather, William Eutsey of Warren; a brother, J'siah Bush; a sister, Desiree Eutsey; and an aunt and uncle.
A private memorial service will be held at a future date. Interment will be in Champion Township Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Roberts-Clark Chapel.
