Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and friend joined her husband at the age of 86, after a short illness.
She was born in Burrville, Utah to Fredrick Reed Curtis and Mary Lorena Stewart. She married John C. Christiansen in the Salt Lake Temple, May 17, 1940. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served in many callings. She was an avid genealogist.
Survived by her children, Paul (Rebecca), Kay (Rob) Walch, Sarah Jo (Jay) Thorsted, Mary (Bob) Cantrell, and Lorena (Mark) Hales; 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her loving husband and eight brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 8th, 11:00a.m., at the Valley View Ward, 5180 West 4700 South. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
