ALFRED L. AMADORE
Mass will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 28, 1994, in Ascension Catholic Church.
Mr. Amadore died of cancer Sept. 25. He was 77.
He was born July 7, 1917, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Mr. Amadore and his wife, Isabelle, were married in August of 1940 in Winnipeg and moved to Portland in 1953. He worked for Metropolitan Printing Co. for 30 years, retiring as a linotype machinist in 1977. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force in World War II.
Surviving are his wife; daughters, Elaine Kalk of Portland and Carol Hazard of Seattle; brother, Leonard Amadore of Vancouver, British Columbia; sister, Lucy Taylor of Calgary, Alberta; and four granddaughters.
Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
Remembrances: Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
