Elaine A. Arnold, age 85, of Elwood went to be with the Lord on October 1, 2012, at Community Hospital in Anderson following an extended illness.
Elaine was born on September 16, 1927, to Albert and Anna (Koll) Dohrman in Persia, IA. Elaine married Philip Arnold, Sr. on Dec. 2, 1950, and he passed away on May 3, 2003. Elaine retired as a Police Dispatcher for Elwood Police Department .

Daughter - Suzanne Lewis of Anderson
2 Sons - Phillip G. Arnold Jr. of Finley, OH, and Douglas A Arnold of Elwood
Sister - Marian Bobillot of Green Valley, AR
7 Grandchildren, Several Great Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews
She was preceded in death by Father, Albert Dohrman, Mother, Anna Dohrman and Husband Philip Arnold, Sr.
Private family services will be conducted at Dunnichay Funeral Home, in Elwood with Pastor Jim Stout officiating.
Burial will take place in Elwood Cemetery.
