BLACK MOUNTAIN - Mrs Georgia Ramsey, 65, died Wednesday morning at 5 o'clock at the home of a daughter, Mrs R C Atkins of Black Mountain after a brief illness.
Surviving are the husband, Lloyd Ramsey; four sons, Lamar, Clarence and R P, all of Black Mountain, and Millegan of Gastonia; three daughters, Mrs Loyd Pruitt, and Mrs Atkins, both of Black Mountain, and Mrs R C Franks of Kings Mountain; a brother, Ed Wooten; a sister, Miss Anna Wooten of Clarksville, Ga, and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Fridat at 11 am in Vance Avenue Baptist church with the Rev Harry Dycus and the Rev W A Hunnicutt officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The body will remain at Harrison funeral home here until Thursday at 11 am when it will be taken to the home of Mrs Atkins until time for the service.
