Willard Carrol Heflin, 60, of Stafford County passed away Sunday, July 13, 2008.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Heflin; his son, Thomas Harper of Fredericksburg; his daughter, Wanda Baumgardner of Rixeyville; four sisters; and one brother. He was preceded in death by his father, Murray Ashton Heflin, and his mother, Garnet Lillian Abel.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, July 18, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel, with Pastor Steve Wang officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 17, at the funeral home.
