Evelyn Bailey
Evelyn Susan Bailey, age 83, of Erwin, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012, in the Christian Care Center of Johnson City. She was a lifelong resident of Erwin, and daughter of the late Reverend Callie and Dona Rice Casey. She worked along side her husband in the family owned business, Advance Electronics. Evelyn attended Erwin Pentecostal Holiness Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Calvin B. Bailey, Sisters: Lula Mae Harvey and Beatrice Bolton.
She is survived by:
Sons: Douglas Eugene Bailey, his wife Marlene, of Johnson City
Rick Lynn Bailey, his wife Linda, of Johnson City
Gary Calvin Bailey, his wife Catherine, of Kingsport
David Wayne Bailey, his wife Tanya, of Erwin
Grandchildren: John Bailey, Angela Bailey, Elana Briggs, Russell Bailey, Jennifer Smith, Andrew Bailey and Savannah Bailey
Several Great-Grandchildren
Sisters: Mary Lee Wampler, Cleveland, OH
Bonnie Elizabeth Brown, Cleveland, OH
Several Nieces and Nephews.
Graveside services for Evelyn Bailey will be held on, Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 2:30 PM at Evergreen Cemetery. Reverend James Dunn will officiate.
