LINWOOD – Clarence R. Hight, of 300 Davis Ave., died Friday. He was born in Yonkers, N.Y. and had been a resident of this area for 16 years.
Mr. Hight was a retired salesman for Ruffo Ford and a former evaluation engineer for American Water Works in Harrisburg, Pa.
He was a graduate of Columbia University.
He served with the 5th Air Force during World War II and was a member of the American Legion and the VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanne L.; one son, Jeffrey L.; and a brother, Hanford Z. of Short Hills.
Services were held yesterday (Wednesday) with burial at Laurel Memorial Park, Pomona.
