She was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where she lived all his life. Daughter of Mario de Andrade Meira and Francisca de Carvalho Meira, she married Alberto De Grossi in october 14, 1931 and had two children, Alberto (elder) and Sergio (younger).

She was a very dedicated and beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother having a good nice and happy life with her family and relatives.
Deeply depressed and sad following the death of her younger son Sergio in january 24, 1993, she passed away peacefully in the morning of october 14, 1993 in a nursing home in the same city where she was born.
