GEORGE DUBROSKI,
EX-RAILROAD ENGINEER


George Dubroski Sr., 70, of Rahway died Wednesday, March 13, 1985 at Rahway Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack at his home.

He was born in Ashley, Pa., and had lived, in Elizabeth many years before moving to Rahway 14 years ago.

Mr. Dubroski had been a railroad engineer for Conrail in Carteret 39 years before his retirement.

He had also been a communicant of St. Vladimir's Ukranian Catholic Church in Elizabeth. Mr. Dubroski had been a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, local No. 157 of Cranford, and a member of the Jersey Central Assn.

He was an Army veteran.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Martha Fritz Dubroski; two sons, George, Jr. and Edward, both of Clark; two daughters, Mrs. Jean Ann Rhodes and Mrs. Nancy Lee Fuzy, both of Rahway; two brothers, John of Ashley, Pa., and Peter of Kenilworth; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Kosko of Ashley, Pa., Mrs. Mary Dvorsky of West Wyoming, Pa., and Mrs. Irene Mika of Miami, and five grandchildren.
