My father-in-law was a Pastor for over thirty years at the First Congregational Christian Church of Samoa in Santa Ana. (whew). He received the title of Rev Doctor Elder Sagiao. He served in the Navy over in Korea. He was stationed in Hawaii, Texas, Boston, Sacramento and settled down in Garden Grove, Calif.
He is survived by his wife: Elsie Toloumu Sagiao
