Anna Maria (Wintermyer) Albright, 93, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, September 14, 2012, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the wife of Ivan R. Albright of York, whom she married on June 10, 1939. They were married for 73 years and their life together was rich and exciting.

Mrs. Albright was born on April 13, 1919, in York, daughter of the late William and Katie (Lau) Wintermyer.

She was a woman of strong faith and convictions and has been a member of the York Seventh-day Adventist Church for 68 years. Most recently she was employed by Walmart, as a greeter until May, 2012. Her greatest achievements were providing love, support and encouragement to her family.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, James Albright and his wife, Connie of York, Donald Albright and his wife, Christine of Dover, Barbara Kuntz and her husband, Mark of York, and Karen Geise of Manchester; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Curtis Wintermyer and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Beulah Jordan and Nettie Oberlander; three brothers, Lester Wintermyer, Merv Messerly, William Stambaugh; and a great-grandson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, September 30, 2012, at 3 p.m. at York Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2220 Roosevelt Ave. Ext., York. Officiating will be her pastor, David Woodruff.

Burial will be private in Shiloh Cemetery, York.
