DEATH: NEWSPAPER OBITUARY
An illness of infirmities caused the death of Calvin Waxler, aged 75, a well known resident of Philo, at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Mr. Waxler was a member of the Philo M.E. Church and served in the Civil War in the 97th Regiment O.V.I.
He is survived by his widow and several children. Funeral services were conducted at the home at 1:30 o'clock Monday afternoon,the Rev. Mr. Rocketts officiating. Burial was made in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
