Harold E. Loreman, 72, died yesterday at Bloomsburg Hospital. Born on September 7, 1921 in Bloomsburg, he was the son of the late George and Alice Kline Loreman. He was a member of Eyers Grove United Methodist Church and served in the Army Air Force during World War II as a medic. He was a 1939 graduate of Bloomsburg High School. He had worked as a fitter at Girton Manufacturing and for Bloomsburg Mills. He is survived by his wife the former Velma Shoemaker who he married on April 18, 1942; sons Larry E., Ocean Spring, Mississippi and Dennis W., Orangeville; daughter Linda (James) Cox, Orangeville; brothers Robert Loreman, Cogan Station and Elmer Loreman, Elysburg. He will be buried on Friday in Elan Memorial Park, Lime Ridge.
