Mr. Neville was born May 24, 1934 in Salem, a son of the late Francis and Ruth Whitacre Neville and had lived in the area all of his life.
He was owner and operator of Neville Body Shop for many years, retiring in 1996. He had attended the East Fairfield United Methodist Church. He was a member of Leetonia Lodge #401 F. & A.M. He served in the U.S. Army
He is survived by his wife, the former Jeanie O'Connor, whom he married November 20, 1987, a daughter, Sheri (Frank) Mader of East Liverpool; a son, Paul Scott (Dora) Neville of Lisbon; and two grandchildren, Bryce Locke and Krista Locke.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Evalyn Zayac and a brother, Jay Neville.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at the East Fairfield United Methodist Church with the Reverend Michael Namy officiating. Burial will follow in Kemble Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana and at the church one hour prior to the services at the church on Wednesday. Leetonia Lodge will conduct Masonic Services at 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
