Lisa Doreen Chicarelli, 49, of Fairmont, passed suddenly from this life Wednesday (Sept. 12, 2012), at Fairmont General Hospital, as the result of a blood clot.

She was born in Fairmont on April 29, 1963, a daughter of Dorwin and Kathryn Pinkos Conaway of Fairmont.

She was a very active member of the Everlasting Covenant Church, which she enjoyed very much. She formerly worked as a cashier at McDonald's and had most recently worked as a cashier and in management at Shop 'n Save.

She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She enjoyed painting bird houses, playing computer games and interacting with her Facebook friends.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband of nine years, Larry Chicarelli; she was the mother of Jacob Custer, Sierra Custer and Andrew Chicarelli; sister to T.C. Conaway, Chip Conaway, Anna Mayers and the late Larry Conaway and Midgette Straight. She also is survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may call at the Frey Home For Funerals (Addition Chapel A), 320 Madison St., Fairmont, from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Services will be held in the funeral home at 3 p.m. Saturday with Pastor Bill Preston officiating. Following the funeral, her body will be cremated.
