CONNEAUTVILLE _ Rodney Clark Beebe, 88, of Conneautville, Pa., died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 1995, at Meadville Medical Center, Liberty Street.
He was born in Summerhill Township, Pa., Jan. 13, 1907, son of the late Ralph and Maude Della Shaw Beebe.
He was retired from the Bessemer Railroad. He had previously worked at Farmer and Rodger Brothers of Albion. He was of the Methodist faith. He was a member of the Conneaut Valley Senior Center and enjoyed hunting and traveling.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Brubaugh Beebe; his second wife, Cora Carr Beebe; three brothers; and a sister.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Reed Beebe; a son, Robert Beebe of Cambridge Springs; three daughters, Mrs. Tom (Louise) Olmstead of Conneaut Lake, Pa., Mrs. Ron (Jeannie) Erdman of Albion and Ruth Harwell of Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Ruth Dolan of North Ft. Myers, Fla., and Dorotha Boyles of Erie; a brother, Kenneth Beebe of Channel View, Texas; and several nieces and nephews, 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the White Funeral Home, 1403 Water St., Conneautville, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and may attend a service there Friday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. John Phipps of Valley Church-United Methodist officiating.
Burial will be at Albion Cemetery.
