Danish Actor. His playing parts often where the opposite against the Olsen Gang.He was a Danish actor, brother of Robert Watt Boolsen. He was best known as a freelance actor and therefore had a number of roles in various theaters. He was director of the People's Theater from 1959 to 1971, Vice President of the Actors 'Society of 1879, a member of the Theater Council, President of the Theater Director Association in 1966 -71 and the Danish theater leaders' joint councils in 1969 -71.On television, he was, inter alia, known as Colonel Hachel in the TV series Matador. In the cinema, he is remembered for his roles in the Olsen Gang films. In the first Olsen Gang films like the self-important police director who does not think of much else than the corps honor and enhancing the image. From the Olsen Gang film no. 6 he hit his role in the films fixed as the eternal capitalist villain, first under the name Holm Hansen, since as Baron Lövenwold and finally under the name Bang-Johansen. He was from 1947 until his death married to actress Lis Løwert.
