Emma Jeanne (Clark) Belshe was killed in a car accident on US Hwy 69 in Tyler County Texas.

Her death certificate stated the cause of death as:

Multiple Injuries to head and chest; received in automobile accident

Her baby daughter Wanda Gail Belshe was also killed in the same accident.

Emma Jeanne was my cousin by way of her marriage to Wm. Homer Belshe. Wanda Gail was my cousin through her father.

William Homer and Emma Jeanne (Clark) Belshe had 2 other children after their first child, Carol Sue.
Carol Sue, as of this date Oct. 3, 2013, is still alive and living in Texas. Carol Sue is my cousin.

Their 2nd child, Clyde Gregory, was born in December 1952. At the time of his birth Wm. Homer and Emma Jeanne were married. The parental link on his memorial site (63212554) needs to be be edited to point to Emma Jeanne (Clark) Belshe as his mother. Patricia (Creswell) Belshe was Clyde Gregory's adoptive mother. Clyde Gregory was only about 4 years old when his birth mother was killed as mentioned earlier, so, he likely had little or no memories of her.
I don't know how an adoptive parent would be documented on Find-A-Grave.

Gravesite Details

Jeanne's birth year, I was going by the death certificate, & her birth year from 1930 & 1940 Census records, which show 1926. I have no actual birth certificate for her. So, several paper documents show 1926 and one cast in stone with 1925. ????
