Cora was the 2nd child of James Hilton (b. circa 1850 in WI) and Mary Jane Randall Hilton (b. 1851 in NY) who married on December 15, 1868 in Vivian, Waseca, MN. She had a sister Addie A. (b. 1870 in MN), a brother, Dr. George Francis Hilton, and possibly other siblings.

She married Reilly Jefferson Alcorn (my great-grandfather's brother) on October 14, 1893 in Lewistown, MT and they had 3 known children: Fred "Argie Frenoy" (b. 3/10/1897 in Pearl, ID), Wilma May Alcorn Chance (b. 5/8/1906 in ID), and an Unnamed Son (b. and d. in 1910).

Cora and Reilly were both physicians and surgeons and lived and practiced their professions in Montana, Idaho, Washington State and Alaska.
