1850 and 1860 Federal Censuses' Slave Schedules, Edward Dudley Alfriend lists 39 Slaves for 1850 in Greene County, Georgia; in 1860, he lists 50 Slaves in Hancock County, Georgia. For Edward Walter (E.W.) Alfriend, he lists 7 Slaves for 1860 in Taliaferro County, Georgia; in 1860, he lists 15 Slaves in Hancock County, Georgia. Thus, you may want to look at these Federal Census Slave Schedules and match your family members with the Ages given for each Slave. In addition, in the 1850 and 1860 Slave Schedules, there are other Alfriend Slaveholders who are listed for Greene and Hancock Counties. You may want to examine them as well. Also, since Edward Walter Alfriend and Mary Elizabeth Dunn were married January 4, 1841 in Greene County, Georgia, Mary Elizabeth Dunn may have very well received Slaves from her father. This is another avenue you may want to view.

Edward Dudley Alfriend died April 24, 1870; as a result, his Estate Records will not show any Slaves since slavery was no longer in existence. However, you may want to order and take a look at Wills for Hancock and Greene Counties in Georgia which list what was bequeated to family members in the event of Edward Dudley Alfriend's death and those of other Alfriend's relatives. You may very well find your family members being bequeated to Edward Dudley Alfriend's wife, children, and other relatives.
