Roy E. Baumgartner, 84, died at Meeker County Memorial hospital on January 29, 1983.
Surviving are his wife Gladys, 528 South Armstrong; three sons, Vern of Oxnard, Ca, James of Waterville, Carl of Litchfield: a daughter Jean Eckhoff of Brownsville, Texas; a brother Robert of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and two sisters Charlotte Ring and Mae Kruger both of Darwin.
Roy was born in Fairmont on September 3, 1898 to August and Dora Baumgartner. He married Gladys Cram on July 4, 1917. He lived in the Litchfield area most of his life. Spring interment will be in Ripley Cemetery.
