Felicia Center
Felicia Center of Vancouver, died Oct. 4, 2009, at Southwest Washington Medical Center.
She was born June 12, 1991, in Portland, Ore., nine minutes before her identical twin sister. She was 2009 graduate of Evergreen High School with a passion for music, friends and the color pink. she was attending the Clark County Skills Center as a second year cosmetology student.
She is survived by her parents, Paul and Melinda Hulin of Vancouver; sister, Jessica of Vancouver; grandmothers, Debbie Lyon of Puyallup, Maria Hershberger of Newport, Phyllis "Dee Dee" Barker of Portland; grandfather, Mike Mann of Vancouver and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
A celebration of life service was held Saturday, at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas.
Memorial donations can be made to the Evergreen High School Choir Booster Club.
