Sacred to the memory of Elizabeth wife of Thomas Davenport of Little Budworth who died 3 Nov 1853 aged 63 years. Afflictions sore long time I bore. Physicians were in vain. Death gave me ease when God did please and freed me from my pain. Also the above named Thomas Davenport who died 23 June 1862 aged 78 years. This is an aged pilgrims rest who with his Savious now is blest, Christ's servant did his time employ tilled called to enter his Redeemer's joy
