The following obituary for Agnes was published in the Trenton Evening Times on April 17, 1916.

MRS. SAMUEL CONSTANCE

Following a lengthy illness, Mrs. Agnes Constance, wife of Samuel Constance, died this morning at her home, 523 Calhoun Street. She was well known throughout this city. Besides her husband, she is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Peter Fabian of Shenandoah, Pa., Mrs. Joseph Maggio of Hazleton, Pa., Mrs. James Lapero, Mrs. Alphonsus Gabriel, Mrs. John Zuccarello and Miss Christina Constance, of this city; and five sons, Joseph, Carl and Charles of Johnston, Pa., and Frank and Angotta of California. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday morning from her late home. Requiem high mass will be celebrated in St. Joachim's Church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, under direction of the E. A. Curran establishment.
