John Thomas Conley was the 2nd child of Peter & Ellen Conley. He was always called "Tom" by his family. When his parents left England for Canada, Tom & his older sister Jane were left in England with Ellen Conley's parents. He later joined his parents after their settlement in Apollonia, Wisconsin. He died a few months later of pneumonia.
