Obituary of Peter Lloyd Baker
Peter Lloyd Baker died at his home in Snake Spring Valley on Friday morning, December 12. He was a son of Elias and Anna Baker, and was aged 30 years and 1 month. On Tuesday evening previous he was sound lying at the stable door suffering with paralysis, in which condition he lingered until Friday morning when in death he closed his eyes. Mr. Baker was a farmer by occupation.Survived by his wife, who was Irene Imler, and two children: Josephine, aged 5, and Emmert aged 2. Also his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elias Baker. The father whose health is failing, was not able to attend the funeral services.These brothers and sisters survive: Emory of Everett; Mrs. Lloyd Creps, Mrs. George S. Snyder, William, Virgil, Paul, Susie, Freda and Cleophus, all of Snake Spring Valley, and Sherman, of near Salemville.
