He was a member of the Albion Area Chamber of Commerce & Land Improvement Contractors of the United States. He owned & operated Bill Hyde Trucking Co in Albion for about 15yrs. Before that he worked for Roger Brothers in Albion.
Besides his father, survivors include his widow Carol Shearer Hyde; 4 children: Gary Hyde-Albion; Terry (sp-David) White, Tammy (Geo) Lane & Tracy Hyde-all Albion; 4 bros: Wallace Hyde Jr, Morrison Hyde, Thomas Hyde-all of Springboro & Audley Hyde-S.Carolina; 4 sis: Marge Onderko-Conneautvl; NolaJean (Thos) Baker-DallasTX; Patricia (Wm) McAdoo-Albion; Janet (Darryl) Redden-Springboro.
Friends may call at Samuel Steff Funrl Home-Albion & may attend a service there Saturday morning [11-19] with Rev S James Schmittle & Rev Clifford Hamilton officiating. Burial will be at Albion Cem.
