"Mrs. Grace M. Arndt, aged 68, of Worcester, RD 1, died Monday in Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta, following a long illness. She was born March 15, 1897, in Brooklyn, the daughter of John and Mary (MacNealy) Curtin. She was married to Joseph Arndt in Brooklyn in 1921. She was the niece of the late Bishop McDonald of the Brooklyn Diocese. She had lived in Worcester for 12 years. She is survived by her husband. A Solemn Requiem Mass was celebrated at 9:30 a. m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Worcester, with the Rev. Edward Gilmore, officiating. Burial was in Schenevus Cemetery."
